Moses ‘Layi Balogun is the President of The Joyful Men Ministry, a growing, life transforming ministry committed to “raising men of excellence; who will provide leadership for their home, love their wives, train their children in the way they should go and excel in business and career to the glory of God”. This is done through NETWORKING WITH OTHER MEN, PRAYING TOGETHER AS MEN AND ORGANISING PROGRAMS IN LINE WITH THE VISION OF THE MINISTRY. The Ministry is based in Lagos.

He started his service to God as one of the pioneer coordinator of Evangelical Youth Fellowship of St Marks Anglican Cathedral Church , Offa, where he discovered his acting gift. As a drama minister, he became well known on campus and thereafter coordinated the drama wing of the Fellowship of Christian students (Kwara State Plolytechnic). He later joined a drama ministry known as EVOM world network under the leadership of Evangelist Shola Mike Agboola where he partook in various stage drama ministrations, drama outreaches and movie production. He auditioned and played the role of Pastor E.A.Adeboye in the blockbuster movie ‘The Covenant Church’ (The documentary of the Redeemed Christian Church Of God).

Layi Balogun is a servant of God with the passion to prepare men in fulfilling their glorious destiny through practical and applicable teachings of the word of God. He was also the State President of Nigeria Christian Corpers Fellowship, Bayelsa State during his one year National Youth Service Corp programe. He led other Christian Corpers to many villages both on land and across the water to various communities where many souls were won to the glory of God.

He served the Lord in different capacities, which includes serving as a zonal leader of Strictly Masculine: which is the men’s fellowship of Daystar Christian Center under the leadership of Pastor Sam Adeyemi before being called to pioneer as an associate Pastor to Pastor Sola Mabogunje of The Scent of Christ Church.

He is an experienced life coach who believes in the influence and ability of the Holy spirit to transform the lives of men.

He is an entrepreneur and the CEO of a Telecomunications, Construction services- A Project Management Company based in Lagos.

Layi Balogun is the founder of Glorious Future Empowerment Initiave; an NGO that teach and encourages youth and teenagers on living right for a glorious future. He authored a minibook titled ‘Preserving Your Future’, free copies of the book were distributed to youths and teenagers in several schools and churches.

He is the convener of the life transforming “90Minutes interactive session tagged “When Men Talk” a monthly virtual fellowship for men.

He is also the convener of the life transforming annual Men Without Limits Summit, where men meet to interact, network and pray together.

Layi Balogun is married to Oluwadamilare and they are both blessed with two lovely children.
