The world often teaches that humility is weakness. But in God’s kingdom, humility is strength under control.
The greatest example is Jesus Christ.
Despite His power, authority, and divinity, He chose humility.
He served others.
He washed the disciples’ feet.
He surrendered His will to the Father.
True humility is not thinking less of yourself; it is thinking of yourself less and God more.
Here are practical ways men can cultivate humility:
1. Stay Teachable
No matter your age or experience, remain open to learning.
2. Accept Correction
Correction is not an attack; it is often protection.
3. Give Credit to God
Recognize that every success ultimately comes from God’s grace.
4. Practice Gratitude
Gratitude reminds us that we are recipients of blessings, not the source of them.
A humble man is not weak. In fact, he is far stronger than the proud man because he is anchored in truth, not ego.
And Scripture gives this powerful promise:
“Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will lift you up.” — James 4:10
When God lifts a man up, no pride is needed.
Stay joyful. Stay intentional.
