Jephthah was rejected by his own family because of his background. He was driven away and labelled an outcast. Yet when Israel needed a leader, they came looking for the same man they had rejected.
Your background may explain your journey, but it does not determine your destiny.
God can turn rejection into promotion.
Perhaps you’ve experienced failure, divorce, job loss, financial hardship or disappointment. None of these has the final say. God’s purpose is greater than your past.
Prayer
Lord, heal every wound from my past and position me for the future You have prepared.

Stop introducing yourself by your failures. Begin introducing yourself by God’s promises.
